IT’S A NEW DAY!  WAY WAKE UP SMILING.


1. NO SNOOZE    

          Get out of bed right away

      2. STRETCH 

          Get your circulation going and muscles moving

      3. GREET THE DAY

          Take a moment to and just be grateful for another day 

      4. BREATHE

         Deep breathing or meditation can have a positive impact on your mind and health, and lesson stress

      5. DRINK WATER

         Hydrate yourself to get a jump start on your daily water intake first thing.

      6. EAT BREAKFAST

          The most important meal of the day! Fill up on the fuel needed to keep you healthy and energized, one that includes lean protein, whole grains, dairy and fruit

      7. SHOWER

          Refreshes and rejuvenates the skin, improves circulation, washes off negativity sweat and toxins

       8. MAKE YOUR BED

          It’s been said “One habit leads to other good habits, and it also increases productivity” 

       9. WRITE A JOURNAL 

         Write down 5 things you are grateful for..There is always something to be grateful for

       10SMILE

          It will release those feel-good chemicals in your brain, and makes you feel happy and in the best positive frame of mind to start any day.
